Our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy and procedures are something which all staff (including supply staff, volunteers and governors) are aware of and must agree to follow.

Please note the following amendments to the safeguarding video:  

Changes to lanyard colours:

Staff: wear a GREY coloured lanyard not blue
Governors:  wear a GREEN coloured lanyard not black
DBS checked visitors/ volunteers:  wear a BLUE lanyard not yellow
Non DBS checked visitors/ volunteers:  wear a RED lanyard

We follow Safer Recruitment guidelines for all staff appointments. An enhanced DBS vetting check is required for all staff prior to the start of employment, and is also required for regular volunteers in school.
